FUSIONSTORM TO PURCHASE INTRAWARE’S SOFTWARE RESALE BUSINESS
Transaction Expands FusionStorm’s Delivery of Enterprise Software Expertise to Thousands of New and Existing Enterprise Clients Across North America

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (November 3rd, 2005) – FusionStorm, a leading national provider of IT products, professional and managed services, announced today that they have reached an agreement to purchase Intraware’s Sun Software business unit. The companies also agreed that Intraware will provide its SubscribeNet service to FusionStorm for delivery and management of enterprise software sold by FusionStorm.
