FUSIONSTORM NAMES DANIEL SERPICO AS PRESIDENT OF FUSIONSTORM

San Francisco, California – December 1st, 2009 – FusionStorm --“Making Technology Work”-- a Ieading systems integrator and managed service provider, today announced the appointment of Mr. Daniel Serpico as President of FusionStorm.

As President, Mr. Serpico will report to John Varel, CEO and Chairman of FusionStorm. and will have responsibility for all sales, marketing and services operations, including Jeskell, a subsidiary of FusionStorm.

In late 2007, Mr. Serpico was named president of Jeskell where he was recognized for growing revenues and profitability over the past two years. In addition to his responsibilities at Jeskell, Mr. Serpico was Chief Financial Officer of FusionStorm, a position he held for 14 years.

Mr. Serpico has also held positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Concorde Group, an enterprise systems reseller, and CFO of Raben Publishing, a Wall‐Street backed multi‐title magazine publisher. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
