John G. Varel

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
John G. Varel, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, has over 35 years of entrepreneurial expertise founding and managing many successful ventures. Mr. Varel founded FusionStorm in 1995 and he has built the company into a nationally recognized technical solutions provider with revenues reaching $400 million.

Mr. Varel has had a successful career developing startups, enabling turnarounds, and underwriting several successful business ventures, ranging from direct hardware resellers and alternative energy ventures to Meris Laboratories, the largest physician-owned clinical lab in the world. He sits on the board of several software and IT companies, as well as many non-profit organizations.

Mr. Varel was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2008 Award in Northern California, an awards program that recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

Daniel R. Serpico

President and Chief Financial Officer
Dan Serpico was named President of FusionStorm in November of 2009 and is charged with driving the company's continued growth and profitability. He brings more than 25 years of senior executive management experience in high growth organizations, from start ups to enterprises with annual revenues of half a billion dollars.

Mr. Serpico will continue to serve as President of Jeskell a subsidiary of FusionStorm and as FusionStorm CFO (a position he has held for 14 years). He played a key role in helping the company grow from a local Northern California organization into a national industry leader.

Previously, Mr. Serpico has also held positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Concorde Group, an enterprise systems reseller, and CFO of Raben Publishing, a Wall-Street backed venture.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with Honors, from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Vince Conroy

Chief Technology Officer
Vince Conroy, Chief Technology Officer, has over 26 years of executive management, product development and engineering experience. Responsible for technology leadership and strategy, Mr. Conroy joined the company in 2004. He is also responsible for FusionStorm’s data center strategy as well as managed services and managed hosting operations.

Recently, Mr. Conroy served as vice president of product development and chief technology officer at service provider NACIO Systems where he led the development of and marketing for the company’s successful managed hosting and storage data center offerings. Prior to NACIO, Mr. Conroy co-founded EVERSYS, an award-winning developer and manufacturer of clustered server and communications systems.

Mr. Conroy holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Heald’s College of Engineering in San Francisco.

Mike Souza

Vice President of Sales
Mike Souza, Vice President of Sales, has 25 years in the technology industry. Tasked with leading one of the industry’s finest sales teams, Mr. Souza’s core responsibility is to perpetuate FusionStorm’s long history of double-digit revenue growth and profitability, as well as to expand the team’s reach into new geographies.

A seasoned veteran in the field, Mr. Souza has worked in numerous capacities within the telecommunications and systems integration industry. Beginning in 2006, he led the northwest region at FusionStorm, which included sales, support and engineering. Just prior to coming to FusionStorm, Mr. Souza was regional vice president of enterprise accounts for SBC Communications for six years.

After attending UC Berkeley, Mike served in the US Air Force as a combat communications officer. Upon leaving the military, he joined MCI Communications, staying there 11 years and rising from the ranks of technical consultant to account manager, and ultimately, senior manager of global data services sales.

Josh Krasnegor

Vice President of Marketing
Josh Krasnegor, Vice President of Marketing, has over 15 years of marketing and sales experience. He is responsible for FusionStorm’s corporate marketing, advertising and branding, communications and lead generation strategies across North America. Mr. Krasnegor joined the company in 1998 and his marketing expertise has helped FusionStorm grow to be one of the most recognized and respected technology solutions providers in the country. Under his direction, FusionStorm has received top honors and numerous awards from technology leaders including Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, HP, Oracle, Computerworld, VARBusiness and CRN.

Prior to joining FusionStorm, Mr. Krasnegor held sales and marketing positions at GE Access, and research positions at University of Miami School of Medicine where he is credited with the co-authorship of many research studies published in a wide variety of research medical journals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a Minor in Philosophy from University of Miami.

Amy Morrissey

Vice President & General Counsel
Amy Morrissey, Vice President and General Counsel, leads and manages the company's legal and regulatory affairs, as well as human resources. She advises FusionStorm's executive team and senior management on a variety of legal and personnel issues, and maintains the company's relationships with external legal counsel.

Ms. Morrissey has more than 12 years of legal experience. Earlier in her career, she served as corporate counsel for AMR Research, Inc., a corporation that advises technology companies on supply chain and enterprise applications strategies. Ms. Morrissey also worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners LP (formerly Thomas H. Lee Company), an equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts of middle-market companies and she spent several years as a prosecutor in the Middlesex County, Massachusetts District Attorney's Office.

Ms. Morrissey holds a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.

Jack Koziol

Vice President of Finance
Jack Koziol, Vice President of Finance, has over 20 years of financial experience in both large multinational corporations and venture backed start-up operations. He has fiduciary responsibility for FusionStorm’s assets and provides guidance to employees in all financial matters.

Mr. Koziol combines a customer-oriented focus with strong but adaptable internal disciplines in driving financial activity. He has overseen the integration of six business mergers and acquisitions, the implementation of two ERP applications, and worked with external auditors, taxing authorities, and business partners in leading external requirements. Mr. Koziol has prioritized staff development as a key differentiator in providing the necessary leadership and skill required to transition FusionStorm from a small company of $45 million in 2003 to a mid-market company of $325 million in 2007.

Before joining the FusionStorm team, Mr. Koziol had a successful business career as a senior finance executive with several Motorola business operations. He assisted in bringing the broadband cable modem business to market and led a $500 million multinational manufacturing, service, and distribution operation. He also provided leadership to a venture backed life sciences company as the director of financial and business operations prior to joining FusionStorm.

Mr. Koziol received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Siena College of Loudonville, NY and he holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Bryant University of Smithfield, RI.
