Support Levels

Service portfolio includes Week Day Basic Service, Standard Service, and Premium Service.

Week Day Basic Service: Provides corrective maintenance to rectify unexpected problems Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except public holidays) with a targeted on-site response time of next business day.
Standard Service: Provides corrective maintenance to rectify unexpected problems 24x7 with a targeted on-site response time of four hours for critical situations. Concurrent maintenance available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except public holidays).
Premium Service: Provides corrective maintenance to rectify unexpected problems 24x7 with a targeted on-site response time of two hours for critical situations.
Concurrent Maintenance: Enables certain corrective and remedial maintenance tasks to take place while the equipment remains in service.
