  • Platinum Service Plan: Hardware service coverage 24x7, onsite within two hours; telephone and online technical support 24x7
  • Gold Service Plan: Hardware service coverage from 8 am to 8 pm, onsite within four hours; telephone and online technical support 24x7
  • Silver Service Plan: Hardware service coverage from 8 am to 5 pm, onsite within four hours; telephone and online technical support 24x7
  • Bronze Service Plan: Hardware service coverage consists of replacement parts within two business days; telephone and online technical support 24x7

FusionStorm Sun Manager adds value to your existing Sun contract for every level of service by taking your call first and escalating it immediately.
